I owe you an apology! I have not been blogging in way too long. By way of an explanation for my absence I can only say that I have been extremely busy. Doing what you ask? Growing my business to better serve the needs of Texas real estate investors.
In the last 6 months DHLC has expanded it’s lending areas to San Antonio and Austin. We have been involved in some exciting and profitable rehabs in those areas and are looking to working with more investors in those markets. We have also decided to return to Houston. Several years ago DHLC made loans in Houston but we retreated back to Dallas back in 2007. Well, we are now back and we are going to be very active in the Houston real estate community. In the coming weeks we will be announcing some new programs and special promotions to kick-off our return to Houston. These programs will be available throughout our lending areas. We will also be sponsoring more local real estate groups in Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio and Austin. These groups are great resources for new and experienced investors alike.
Aside for all of the growth on the ground, DHLC has taken to the air with our new weekly radio show launched almost two months ago on 1190AM every Saturday from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM here in Dallas/Ft. Worth. The show, On The Flip Side of Real Estate, is co-hosted by me and Tim Lansford, a General Contractor and Real Estate Broker, who has been working with real estate investors for more than 10 years. We will be having local guests on from different areas of real estate such as mortgage brokers, title companies, foundation repair firms, material suppliers and vendors to discuss how they can help you become more successful. This show is not trying to sell you anything. We simply want to “give back” and help the investment community. For those of you not in Dallas or Fort Worth you can catch the show via I Heart Radio ( http://www.iheart.com/live/1190AM-4276/ ) or listen via the I Heart Radio App for your iPhone or Android phone. We welcome your comments and feedback so don’t be afraid to call in with your opinions or questions.
These are just a few of the reasons why I have been absent from blogging lately but I am back and I will try my best to share my thoughts and observations weekly here at Rob’s Real Estate Ramblings as well as on the air.
Thanks for stopping by!
